Biography
My name is Iris Lemke, and I am a naturopathic practitioner specializing in holistic women’s health and natural fertility support. My work is deeply rooted in my own journey through infertility, during which the healing power of medicinal plants brought me renewed hope and ultimately the gift of my children. This experience became the heart of my vocation: to accompany women with empathy, knowledge, and trust on their own paths to health and fulfillment.
My bond with nature began in childhood and grew stronger during my psychology studies in London, where I first received formal training in herbal medicine. This combination of personal experience, scientific understanding, and therapeutic insight forms the foundation of my practice.
Today, I support women through menstrual and hormonal challenges, fertility journeys, and pregnancy. My approach integrates phytotherapy, individualized treatment concepts, lifestyle guidance, and emotional support—always with the intention of strengthening vitality and inner balance.

After an in-depth consultation, the woman receives a fertility massage. During this time, the partner is shown massage techniques to use at home.

The initial consultation, including preparation and follow-up, takes approximately 60 minutes.
This first appointment for children includes a detailed medical history consultation. As a rule, I conduct this conversation online in advance with one or both parents.
This allows us to discuss symptoms and your concerns without it potentially being uncomfortable for your child.
Please do inform your child that this conversation is taking place and explain its purpose in an age-appropriate and child-friendly way.
We then discuss the next steps. I will provide initial recommendations and guidance regarding any necessary diagnostic measures.
A follow-up appointment will be scheduled—usually a bioenergetic body scan or a bioresonance treatment.
For both appointment types, stool analysis or nutrient analysis (initially via blood sampling by your GP) can be arranged, particularly in cases of unexplained abdominal pain, skin issues, allergies, intolerances, ADHD, ADD, and autism.

Crellestraße is a charming, traffic-calmed street with a traditional Berlin atmosphere, featuring small shops, cafés, and restaurants. In my naturopathic practice in Schöneberg, I personally welcome you with a warm cup of medicinal herbal tea in a shared practice setting, offering a spacious treatment room with an open yet protective and calming atmosphere.
The practice can be reached by public transportation within a five-minute walk from U7 Kleistpark and S1 Julius-Leber Bridge stations. Parking is available along Crellestraße, before and after Langenscheidtstraße. Please allow a little extra time to find a parking space so you can arrive punctually for your appointment.

The naturopathic practice in Wandlitz is located directly in our family home, set in a wooded residential area between Wandlitz Lake and Liepnitz Lake. The address is Drosselweg 14, 16348 Wandlitz.
At the beginning of 2020, my family and I moved from Rixdorf in Berlin-Neukölln to Wandlitz, north of Berlin on the way to the Baltic Sea. Our desire for more nature, tranquility, and space for our children to play inspired this decision—a step we have never regretted.
The practice can be reached by the Heidekrautbahn from Berlin-Gesundbrunnen or Berlin-Karow in approximately 20–30 minutes to Wandlitzsee station. From there, it is about a 900-meter walk to the practice. If you arrive by car, parking is available directly in front of the house. The drive from Berlin takes approximately 50 minutes.
